DIRTYFISH Theater is a collaborative venture of  seven mid-career playwrights who have banded together to effect change in the landscape of new play development and production in the Rocky Mountain region.

DIRTYFISH is not a theater company, but rather a collective that is committed to developing and producing new works of theater. The group was founded in order to combat the trend of endless staged readings that, all too often, do not lead to full production and to serve as a solutions-based approach to broaden opportunities for Colorado playwrights to get produced IN Colorado.

DIRTYFISH is comprised of Tami Canaday, William Missouri Downs, Lisa Wagner Erickson, Ellen K. Graham, Leslie C. Lewis, Nina A. Miller and Jeffrey Neuman. Together, the group will self-produce plays by each of its members and undertake other collaborative creations that will enrich the Front Range theater landscape with homegrown dramaturgy.
